A life-sized plush version of the legendary salamander--the hellbender. Native to swiftly moving streams and rivers in the Appalachians, the hellbender is an elusive and fantastic creature and the third largest salamander in the world. A mature hellbender can measure in excess of 24 inches and live up to 50 years. Perfectly harmless, but perfectly astounding and little changed in appearance for the last 65 million years.

Chocolate brown microsuede "skin", polyester fiber fill stuffing, plastic safety eyes, glass bead "toe tips". Approximately 24 inches in length.
