Allegheny Outfitters ships via US Postal Service and UPS.
We stand behind the gear we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Allegheny Outfitters, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 60 days. This policy doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time.
You can return your purchases by mail or at our retail location, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or in our brick and mortar store. Proof of purchase is required. Please keep all product packaging and tags until you're completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Please return all product packaging and tags with your item.
Mail Your Return
- Ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to: Allegheny Outfitters, 430 Pennsylvania Avenue West, Warren, PA 16365
- Please include your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, date of purchase, order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. If we have any questions we will contact you by phone or email.
- AO is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If merchandise is returned that does not meet conditions in our return policy, the return will be declined and the merchandise will be returned to you.
- Used items must be cleaned prior to return. If you send merchandise that is not cleaned or laundered to AO, your return may be denied and merchandise returned to you.
All sales are final on Used Gear Bin items.
